BODY PERFECT, a subsidiary of ASK CORPORATE SERVICES LTD was established in the year 2004, and its’ area of specialty includes:

The flagship fitness center/ gym of BODY PERFECT was opened in Warri, in 2004, to cater for the health/ fitness needs of Warri and its’ environs; and it was a run-away success story. This has given rise to the establishment of another fitness/ aerobics center in the high-brow IKOTA SHOPPING COMPLEX, VGC, LEKKI, LAGOS.

  • CONSULTANCY ON HEALTH/ FITNESS: BODY PERFECT consult for both corporate organizations and individuals in the area of health/ fitness. We deliver lectures, organize seminars; and establish fitness centers. We provide in-house training for corporate bodies; we work on obese people to agree on a combination of suitable nutrition plans and right exercise regime!
 
   DIETARY AND NUTRITION SERVICES: We offer dietary and    nutrition services to clients, because we have qualified DIETICIAN and NUTRITION COACHES.
  • FITNESS, HEALTH/ WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLEMENT PRODUCTION: We are into the production of fitness, health/ weight loss supplement such as the “BODY PERFECT ULTRA DETOX”, “BODY PERFECT CLEANSING and HEALING COCKTAIL”; all our supplements are NAFDAC approved and a product of long and painstaking research work.
  • GYM/ AEROBICS CENTERS: BODY PERFCET owns and manages two (2) fitness/ aerobics centers both in Warri and Lagos.
  • FITNESS/ GYM EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES: We procure and supply fitness/ gym equipment and accessories to our teeming clients.
  • CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS: We recruit, train and outsource certified and highly disciplined instructors to both corporate bodies and individuals, who request customized service.

The management of BODY PERFECT is made up of highly qualified and resourceful persons, who see to the day to day running of the organization; our management team is very experienced and our members of staff are certified in health/ fitness and nutritional services.

Princess Kathy Osamede Emiko, Fitness and Nutrition Coach, Lifestyles and Weight Management Instructor, Entrepreneur, business woman, motivator, writer, columnist and Publisher.

 

Career History: Serving currently as the CEO of ASK CORPORATE SERVICES Limited, operators of the BODY PERFECT GYM in Warri, and BODY PERFECT FITNESS & AEROBIC CENTER at Ikota, near the prestigious Victoria Garden City in Lagos.

Princess Kathy is a Weight loss, weight management and Nutritional Consultant, a Fitness coach and a professional motivational speaker, with a busy schedule all year long. 
She is a co-initiator, speaker and resource person to the Vanguard Newspaper sponsored Women on Wellness (WOW) seminar held annually, where she usually captures the audience with her captivating health, fitness and living right choices that people must make. She is a facilitator and resource to the committee of wives of government of Lagos state government officials, during their annual National Women conference. Her office suites at the Ikota Shopping Complex, near the prestigious Victoria Garden City, Lagos, have become a Mecca of sort, to all people who care about their health and come to her for tips on eating right, information on body shapes and type, and the relationship between these and their health. 

 Kathy is also:
Host of the Radio/TV show ‘’Tips For Healthy Living’’ on the Good morning Delta Program on Delta Rainbow TV and Radio stations, Warri.
  • Host to the Healthy Living segment on the programme ‘’Beauty Box’’ on Lagos Television showing on Channel 129 on DSTV at 5pm every Monday.
  • Featured on several TV talk shows, including ‘’Today’s woman’’ on NTA, Kakaki on AIT, etc.
  • Writes a regular column, ‘’Body Perfect’’ in the Allure glossy pull out on the Sunday Vanguard.
  • Author of the book ‘’100 Key Facts to Longer Life’’.
  • Publisher, Nigeria first Fitness/ Wellness monthly newsletter “BODY PERFECT NEWSLETTER” (distributed free to promote sound health and wellness).
  • Co-initiator, the WOW (Women On Wellness) seminar series; an annual retreat on Health and related issues for Women and by Women.
 Created fat flush & organ cleansing products like the now very popular ‘’ Body Perfect Miracle Detox’’, the ‘’Body Perfect Ultra Detox’’& the “Body Perfect Healing / Cleansing Cocktail”.
